BONE BROTH

Beef Tea – Rich and complex. Crafted from 28-day dry-aged shin meat and rib bones from cattle grass-fed for life in the British Isles. Deepened with caramelised onion, portobello mushrooms, red wine vinegar, tarragon and chervil. The boldest in the range.

Blonde Chicken – Roast chicken bone broth infused with flat-leaf parsley, thyme and apple cider vinegar. Clean, savoury and endlessly versatile. The everyday one.

Thai Broth – Our Blonde Chicken recipe with lemongrass, ginger, chilli and a little Rude Health organic coconut milk. Warming heat. Aromatic depth. Brilliant in ramen.

SOUP

Caramelised Carrot Soup – 40% slow-caramelised carrot blended with Blonde Chicken bone broth, finished with grass-fed chicken schmaltz. Sweet, savoury and deeply satisfying.

Roasted Squash Soup – 50% roasted butternut squash with Thai Broth: lemongrass, ginger, chilli and coconut. Warming and complex. Comfort food with genuine backbone.

Roasted Tomato Soup – 44% roasted tomato with Beef Tea bone broth, finished with grass-fed beef tallow. Rich, umami-forward and nothing like anything you will find in a supermarket.

Best served neat, but can be diluted up to 1:1 with water. Heat contents until steam rises, do not boil, add salt to taste (we recommend Himalayan rock salt). Recommended serving size - 250g
